Months after its initial release on the Nintendo Switch, Pokémon Unite is still going strong with its updates. Following its release on android and IOS devices, the game’s player base skyrocketed, reaching a whopping 50 million downloads in its first month. When the game was released, 20 Pokémon were included in the roster; now, there are 36 playable Pokémon that you can use, and all can be played differently depending on their role. In this article, we will rank these Pokémon from Best to Worst.

If you want to rank up and want to understand the meta, the Pokémon Unite Tier List can help you. Note that this is not always the tier list to look up to, as there might be newer Pokémon and updates that would change the strength of every Pokémon in this list. Worry not, as we will always bring the latest tier list for you.

S-tiers are the meta Pokémon; these are the Pokémon you will often see in high-rank matches. These Pokémon are busted and would often lead to victory if you know how to play them. S-tier Pokémon are superb in their roles, whether for dealing damage, supporting, or defending. The most recent patch made Absol an absolute nightmare to play against.

A-tiers are solid choices, especially if you’re just getting into the game. These are mostly beginner-friendly Pokémon and can often lead to a great game when picked. Some of their moves are great and can sometimes take over matches, but they can always be countered.

B-tiers aren’t necessarily bad by any means; it’s just that there are some Pokémon that can do better. So, how can B-tiers get picked? Well, you can use them to counter pick. They are relevant when they can counter a Pokémon real hard.

C-tiers are Pokémon that need buffs on their moves. Some of the Pokémon here are S or A-tiers but got severely nerfed, and now they’re weak. Some of them have already been buffed but still lack something. These Pokémon are not unplayable; however, you might get frustrated using them and not winning.

D-tiers are Pokémon that need buffs to be relative. These Pokémon need some serious rework for players to pick and enjoy them.

This wraps up our Pokémon Unite Tier List (Patch 1.5.2.7). What are your thoughts on the S-tier list? Do you think Espeon’s nerfs made it unplayable, hence making Espeon a D-Tier Pokémon?
